On May 28th, Gemar Day was held in Lisbon, organized by our dedicated distributor, Codi Party. This was the first-ever Gemar Day in Lisboa, and it turned out to be a truly remarkable event. With about 50 participants, we gathered in Belem, a serene area along the Tagus River, known for its seafood restaurants and beautifully tiled houses.
The day began with the Gemar Creator class, led by Gemar Masters Vincenzo and Claudio. They introduced our innovative software, Gemar Creator, designed to assist balloon decorators in crafting their artworks and presenting them to clients before bringing their visions to life. Claudio demonstrated the creation of a stunning marble wall using Gemar Creator, while Vincenzo instructed attendees on making a spike with modeling balloons to enhance the wall’s design.
Following this, Vincenzo guided the second class, which focused on crafting a Neon arch. Participants learned how to create a vibrant Neon arch and a chain using modeling balloons. After a refreshing lunch break, Gemar Ambassador Gergo took the stage to showcase various techniques with his “The Little Prince” themed balloon round arch. Participants then engaged in hands-on practice, crafting roses and twisting stars under his guidance.
The final session was led by Gemar Master Roberta, who taught the intricate art of creating flowers in distortion. The attendees were fully engaged, actively participating with questions and eagerly testing their skills with the support of our expert instructors.
The enthusiasm and passion for balloon art were palpable throughout the day. Participants followed closely, asked insightful questions, and enjoyed every moment of testing their skills, guided step by step by our talented teachers.
