August “Air Meeting” with Irina Lobanova
August’s Air Meeting with Irina Lobanova was a spectacular event, as ever. These monthly workshops have grown and developed from a balloon workshop and photoshoot into something more.
Of course the workshop includes Irina’s expert tuition and every student learns valuable balloon art skills, but the learning doesn’t stop there. Creating the setting for a photoshoot involves more than just wonderful balloons, students must also consider backdrop, poses, clothes, make up and props. All valuable skills to have when it comes to creating scenes for clients!
August’s displays were full of fun and it was easy to see how the different clothing choices give a very different effect. From the cutest watermelon baby in a lovely family picture, through sophisticated dresses and fun frocks, to a cheeky “nude” portrait, every image has an energy that’s all it’s own.
