Israeli Seminar – July 2020
Many of our seminars and events have been cancelled this year, but with restrictions lifting Denis and Ran were determined to start their Gemar career in style! Soon to be our newest Ambassadors, the pair held the first Gemar seminar in Israël in person since February.
Twelve people attended the two day event in Kiryat Bialik, a city in the Haifa District in Israel. They enjoyed learning some fantastic new techniques and creating impressive balloon displays, as well as making new friends and connections in the balloon modelling world.
Beautiful pastel colours and a tropical theme combined to create a stunning background, with intricate flowers and delicate butterflies alongside carefully chosen foil balloons. The team also created some unique and impressive balloon lanterns and other stand alone pieces.
Participants were given goody bags, as usual, and were delighted to find that this included the most iconic sign of life in 2020 – a face mask specially produced for the event and printed with a picture of a balloon dog.
Congratulations to Denis and Ran for such a successful first event, we are looking forward to seeing what the future holds for them as Gemar Ambassadors.
